Procedure for fixed employees
The 5th of every month before the expiry date of the cards, Edenred will notify you via e-mail with the cards of your employees that will expire.
The 15th of every month before expiration, an automatic renewal card order is made.
After production the cards are sent according to the contract terms.

Procedure for permanent interim workers
The effective day of expiration of the card, you will receive a notification from Edenred listing the expired cards of your employees. On that same day a card renewal order is automatically created and validated.
After production the cards are sent to the address mentioned in the contract.
