How do I track my orders?

To track your orders, you can find them easily via the "orders"tab > "Most recent orders". You will find the following information there:

• The order status
• The top-up date
• The documents relating to the order.

You will have access to different types of document according to the orders status:

1. ‘Awaiting payment’ status:
   
   • Details of the order content
   • The payment request
   • Possibility to cancel the order
2. ‘In production’ status:
   
   • Details of the order content
3. ‘Finished’ status:
   
   • Details of the order content
   • The invoice
