Go to your Customer webspace MyEdenred.be, in "My Company", and choose the screen "My structure".
Each company is linked to a structure which includes the following:
- A registered office
- An invoicing address
- A delivery address
- A distribution point
Before changing the desired address, please select the correct level of your structure:
Then, you can change the address details and click the green "Save" button to confirm the change:
Attention
each level of the structure as described above is considered as a different address.
If all your addresses need to be changed, don’t forget to change your registered office address, invoicing address, delivery address and point of distribution address one by one.
Changing an address at one place in the structure does not mean that the new address will be used for the entire structure.
