- Total users: number of users ever uploaded on the platform, since the launch;
- Active users: number of users that have activated their account on Ekivita Edenred by accessing at least once the platform
- Inactive users: number of users that are not entitled to access (you have paid for their access till end of the contract period, but you have blocked them);
- Waiting for activation: number of users that are entitled to access (you have paid for their access till the end of the contract period and you have not blocked them) the platform but have not activated their account yet, i.e. accessed the platform at least once;
- Waiting for payment: number of users you have uploaded on the platform to grant them access, but for which we have not yet received the payment,
- Activation rate: % of “active users” over total users entitled to have access to the platform i.e. = “total user” less “inactive users”.
