Where can I find my credit note?

The credit note of your order has been sent via e-mail to the contact specified in your contract. 

If you have not received your credit note and you can not find it in your junk mail, you can download it on your customer web space.
  • Click on "Orders", and then on "My invoices". For the orders that have a credit note , the  "€" icon will appear next to the invoice icon.

  • Click on "€" to see more details on your credit note. By clicking on the invoicing site you can download the credit note.
