The payment request, the invoice and the credit note are sent to the contact of the invoicing site.
You can easily identify or adjust that person by following these steps:
- Go to your customer webspace
- Select "My company"> "My structure" in the menu at the top right
- Select the invoicing site of which you want to modify the contact. You are also able to immediately see who the current contact is:
- Modify the contact (or add a new contact)
- Select "Save"
From the moment you have saved your choice, we will send the financial documents to the newly chosen contact.
Same contact person, different email address?
If you want to change the e-mail address of your current contact person, select "My company" --> "My contacts".
