How to add a collaborator

  1. Open your Customer web space
  2. Go to "My company", Click on "My staff", then on the green button on the right "Add a staff member".

  3. The search interface to the employee file appears. Fill in the national registration number of your staff member and click on "search".
  4. Check the information on the employee file and make adjustments if needed.  Then click on "Save".
