How to update my Mobility platform information?

You can update the following information on your customer webspace.

Update your personal data 

  1. Select My account in the header on the top right.
  2. In the Personal data box, edit your landline and mobile phone.
    Please contact your administrator if you need to edit other details.
  3. Click Save.
    Your personal data are updated.

Update the language 

  1. Select My account in the header on the top right.
  2. In the Change language dropdown menu, select the preferred language.
    The language change will be effective at your next connection.

  You can also change the language with the language switch available in the top header
