During the user creation process on your webspace, you can choose to give access to the user portal and/or to the client portal.
To attribute administrator rights to already existing users, follow these steps:
- Select My Company > Users Management from the menu.
- Select the user that will have administrator rights in the list or use the search filters.
- Go to the Accesses tab and choose Portal Access.
- Check the “Allow access to the client portal” checkbox.
- Click the Save-button
