How do I give administrator rights to users?

During the user creation process on your webspace, you can choose to give access to the user portal and/or to the client portal.

To attribute administrator rights to already existing users, follow these steps:

  1. Select My Company > Users Management from the menu.
  2. Select the user that will have administrator rights in the list or use the search filters.
  3. Go to the Accesses tab and choose Portal Access.
  4. Check the “Allow access to the client portal” checkbox.
  5. Click the Save-button
