Does the contribution from my employees increase if the daily value of the Edenred Meal Vouchers granted is increased?

As of January 1, 2026, the maximum value of the meal voucher in Belgium is set at a maximum of 10 euros per day per employee. 

The company is free to determine the daily value of the meal voucher. The employee's contribution is a minimum of 1.09€ per day worked, while the maximum contribution from the employer per voucher is 8.91€. 

The value of the meal voucher is established in the agreement that provides for the granting of meal vouchers. This can be a collective labor agreement or individual agreements.
