First your employee needs to check out the following points:
- Is the card activated (this can be verified in the menu "Manage my card" on the personal webspace www.MyEdenred.be or as an employer you can also check this via your customer webspace on www.MyEdenred.be)?
- Is there sufficient balance?
- Does the merchant accept the electronic Edenred card (Ticket Restaurant, Ticket EcoCheque, Ticket Compliments, Ticket Sport & Culture)?
- Has the transaction failed in multiple stores?
In case the points above are all positive and your card still doesn't work, your employee has to send us a picture of his card via this online form.
We will then carry out some checks. If these checks show that the card is actually defective, a new card will be ordered and sent within 10 working days.
